When you order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the items ordered and any notes you add. At an in-person sale: the details you choose to give us

When you use the contact form: your name, contact details and the message

Technical information generated while browsing: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, as recorded in our hosting provider's server logs for security and operations

We do not collect your card number, its expiry date or an ID number: they are entered directly on the payment processor's secure page. For each payment we keep only the method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bit), the card brand, its last 4 digits, the approval number and the invoice number

We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent, and every such email includes a way to opt out

Payments are processed by Cardcom Ltd., a licensed payment processor in Israel. Their payment page is shown within our checkout page; card details are entered on it directly and never pass through our servers. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bit payments are processed by Cardcom in the same way

From Cardcom we receive and keep: the transaction number, the amount, the payment method, the card brand, its last 4 digits, the approval number, the number of installments and the invoice number when one is issued. We never store the full card number, its expiry date or an ID number

Your information is stored and processed by providers that help us run the site: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (site hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Cardcom (payments). They are contractually bound to protect the information and use it only to provide their service to us. Some store data outside Israel, in the European Union or the United States, under recognised safeguards

If you agreed in the cookie notice, Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement) also receive activity from the site: which pages were viewed, what was added to a basket, and which orders completed, including the order number and its value. We do not send them your name, email, phone or address. If you chose essential only, nothing is sent to them at all

We never sell or rent your information to third parties

The site uses essential cookies only: to remember the language and currency you chose, and to keep the store administrator signed in. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us until you place an order

With your agreement we also run Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These show us which pages were viewed and which purchases followed an advertisement, and they set cookies of their own. They load only after you choose Accept all in the cookie notice; choose essential only and they are never loaded

You can change that choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing stops any further loading; it cannot delete what has already been sent to Google and Meta

You can delete cookies in your browser settings; some functions, such as remembering your language, will not work without them

Order and sales records are kept for as long as tax law requires (generally seven years). Contact-form messages are kept until handled and then deleted

Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to information is limited to authorised people, and the database is protected by row-level permissions. No system is completely secure; if a security incident affects you, we will notify you as the law requires

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may review the information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below and we will handle the request promptly
