Terms and conditions

Everything sold here is a leather piece made by hand in our workshop. Leather is a natural material: small differences in shade, grain and markings between pieces are part of its character, not defects

Photographs are for illustration. The piece you receive may differ slightly from the photo, partly because of lighting and screens

Pieces marked "one of a kind" were made once and will not be remade

Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT as required by law unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only; you are charged in shekels

Payment is by card, or by Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bit where offered, through a secure payment page operated by Cardcom and shown within the site's checkout page, or by another method offered at checkout. Card details are entered directly on Cardcom's secure page; we never store the full card number, its expiry date or an ID number

An order is confirmed only once payment is approved. If a product is unavailable or a material pricing error occurred, we will contact you promptly and offer cancellation with a full refund

Sales made in person at the workshop or at a stall are recorded in the same system, and a purchase summary is emailed to the address given to us

After ordering you receive an order number, and an order confirmation by email with a link to your order page: when your card payment is approved, or straight away when you pay by bank transfer. The link, or the site's "Track order" page with your order number and email address, lets you follow the order and its status at any time

We may decline an order where we suspect fraud, misuse of a discount code, or a breach of these terms

Orders within Israel are sent by courier (Zigzag) and usually arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders are sent by DHL Express; the cost and estimated arrival are shown at checkout before you confirm and are the courier's estimate. Shipping within Israel is free on orders over $120. Any import duties, VAT or fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier. Delays outside our control do not give rise to compensation, but we will keep you informed

International shipping is available by arrangement. Duties and taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, a distance sale may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the product is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging

To cancel, write to the email or phone at the end of this document quoting your order number. The refund is made within 14 days of your notice, to the same payment method, less a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, as the law allows. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or not as described

Products made or personalised to the customer's specification (for example, engraved initials) cannot be cancelled unless defective

Cancellation because of a defect, a mismatch with the description, or late delivery carries no cancellation fee, and we bear the return shipping

We guarantee the stitching and the leather for life: if a stitch opens or the leather fails under normal use, we repair the piece or replace it, at our discretion

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, patina and softening of the leather (which are part of its character), unreasonable use, prolonged wetting, heat, chemicals, or repairs attempted elsewhere

Your order number (or the purchase summary emailed to you) is your proof of purchase for the guarantee. No further registration is needed

All content on the site, including designs, photographs, texts, trademarks and the brand name, belongs to the business or to those who licensed it. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission

You use the site at your own risk. Subject to any law that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from delayed delivery, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned

How we collect and use information is set out in our privacy policy at https://www.ib-studio-store.com/privacy, which forms part of these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter concerning these terms or a purchase on the site

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site when you place an order is the one that applies
